PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Bud’s Trophy Case Inc. offers text messages about customer orders, including work-order confirmations, order status updates, ready-for-pickup notices, invoice or payment reminders, and replies to customer questions. This program is not used for unsolicited advertising or third-party marketing.

 

YOUR CONSENT Customers may agree to receive order-related text messages by giving permission directly to a Bud’s Trophy Case employee in person or by telephone. Providing a mobile number alone does not constitute consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may decline text messages and still place an order.

 

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES Message frequency varies depending on your order and related communications. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless-service plan.

 

HOW TO STOP MESSAGES Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your request. You will receive no further messages from this program unless you consent again.
